A dominare la serata sono state le serie inglesi, con il dominio incontrastato della HBO sia come numero di vittorie nella sezione dedicata alle serie in prima serata (nove premi) sia complessivamente, e cioè inclusi i Creative Arts che si sono tenuti una settimana fa (ben 34 premi). Amazon Prime Video ha portato a casa 7 primetime emmy e 15 complessivamente, mentre Netflix ha raggiunto i 27 Emmy (di cui 4 ieri sera, il resto Creative).
